$ 42 each hour thereafter
Coverage
Assignments over 2 hours generally require an additional interpreter. I can provide qualified referrals to you at no charge, or arrange adequate coverage myself at the following rates (only available in Washington, DC):
$ 120 initial 2 hours
$ 50 each hour thereafter
Short-notice fee
Assignments scheduled with less than 3 business days notice may incur a $40 fee.
Reimbursable Charges
Per Diem: at Federal per diem rate (currently $64) Other: parking, travel costs, lodging, etc. may be negotiated at time of request
Cancellations & no shows
Cancellations must be received at least two full business days before the beginning of any assignment. Multi-day assignments cancelled with short notice will be billed up to the two business day cancellation period. No-show assignments will be billed without exception.
Payment
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments will be assessed a $5 fee per business day past the due date.
